They specialize in low-and-slow oak and applewood smoked brisket, beef ribs, sausages, and wings, plus handcrafted smash burgers. The menu blends American BBQ with Mexican-inspired nachos, tacos, and loaded sides like mac & cheese balls and fried pickles. It started as a Cape Town pop-up in 2019 and now runs a sit-down spot in Lansdowne with a food truck for events.

small portions,waited a hour and a half,barely tasted like smoked meat,brisket was dry,even went back to try again and got the exact same experience
